摘要

基于绿色矿山理念,将魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、丙烯酸(AA)和煤泥(SM)复合,得到最终产物(AA-PAM-KGM/SM).实验结果表明,当KGM:PAM:AA:SM为 1:9:6:5,交联剂用量6.3%、引发剂用量 0.5%时,制得的凝胶具有最佳的吸水和保水性能.红外光谱分析表明,各组分间发生了接枝共聚反应;扫描电子显微镜观察到煤泥与KGM骨架间具有强黏附力,元素分布均匀且密集;通过阻燃抗氧化性能测试,证明该凝胶能够有效抑制有害气体的产生;通过分子动力学模拟,深入阐明了防火凝胶的凝胶化和阻燃机理,所得凝胶能够有效抑制煤的氧化,是一种理想的防灭火材料.

Abstract

Based on the concept of green mine,konjac glucomannan(KGM)is com-pounded with polyacrylamide(PAM),acrylic acid(AA),and coal slurry(SM)to ob-tain the final product(AA-PAM-KGM/SM).The experimental results show that the prepared gel had the best water absorption and retention properties when the KGM:PAM:AA:SM is 1:9:6:5,the amount of crosslinking agent is 6.3%,and the amount of initiator is 0.5%.Infrared spectroscopy analysis shows that graft copolymerization reaction occurrs between each of the components;Scanning electron microscopy ob-serves strong adhesion between coal slurry and KGM skeleton,with uniform and dense element distribution;Through the performance test of flame retardancy and ox-idation resistance,it is proved that this gel can effectively inhibit the generation of harmful gases;Through molecular dynamics simulation,the gelation and flame re-tardant mechanism of fire-resistant gel is thoroughly clarified.The obtained gel can effectively inhibit the oxidation of coal,and is an ideal fire prevention and extin-guishing material.
