基于机器视觉的带式输送机自动调速关键技术研究

摘要
针对塔山煤矿所使用的带式输送机运行速度高速恒定,无法依据不同工作面实际的生产情况进行带速调节,严重浪费企业能源,增加企业能耗的现象,采用基于机器视觉的煤量监测方法,通过监测带式输送机不同的煤量变化对设备的运行带速进行相应调整,可有效减少设备能源损耗,提高能源利用率,提升企业效益.通过研究塔山煤矿物料形态与相机成像模型,得出了基于单目结构光斜射测距的方案并对相关设备进行了设计选型;通过对设计系统进行试验检测,计量误差较小为1.5%左右,可满足塔山煤矿带式输送机的实际生产要求.
Abstract
In response to the phenomenon that the belt conveyor used in Tashan Coal Mine operates at a high speed and constant speed,which cannot be adjusted according to the actual production situation of different working faces,seriously wastes energy for enterprises and increases energy consumption of enterprises,a machine vision based coal quantity monitoring method is adopted to adjust the operating belt speed of the equipment by monitoring different coal quantity changes of the belt conveyor.This can effectively reduce energy loss of the equipment,improve energy utilization efficiency,and enhance enterprise benefit.By studying the material morphology and camera imaging model of Tashan Coal Mine,a scheme based on monocular structured oblique light distance measurement is obtained,and relevant equipments are designed and selected;Through experimental testing of the design system,the measurement error is relatively small at around 1.5%,which can meet the actual production requirements of the belt conveyor in Tashan Coal Mine.
