小庄煤矿冲击地压主控因素及卸压方案

针对小庄煤矿 40214 工作面冲击地压灾害问题,从地质构造、顶板特征、开采深度、煤岩冲击倾向性等地质因素及开采主控因素对冲击地压潜在风险进行评估,研究冲击地压主控因素孕育致灾机理,利用冲击地压动静载叠加诱发机理,将冲击地压破坏原因及形式分为三类,采用动静载监测方法并在现场实施冲击地压"钻-爆-裂"三级协同卸压解危方案,分别采用大直径钻孔卸压、煤层注水卸压、煤层卸载爆破.结果表明:顶板弯曲能量指数为38.42 kJ,煤体单轴抗压强度为18.11 MPa,煤体弹性能量指数为14.95,煤体动态破坏时间为 172.80 ms,煤体冲击能量指数为 1.56,具有弱冲击危险性,为同类型矿井冲击地压问题的解决提供了借鉴思路.
The Main Control Factors and Pressure Relief Scheme for Rock Burst in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine
Aiming at the problem of rock burst disaster in the 40214 working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine,the potential risk of rock burst is evaluated from geological factors such as geological structure,roof characteristics,mining depth,coal rock impact tendency and others,as well as mining main control factors.The mechanism of nurturing and causing disaster of rock burst main control factors is studied,and the causes and forms of rock burst damage are classified into three categories by using the induced mechanism of rock burst dynamic and static load superposition.The dynamic and static load monitoring method is adopted,and a three-level collaborative pressure relief danger relieve scheme of rock burst"drilling-explosion-cracking"is implemented on site,using large-diameter drilling for pressure relief,coal seam water injection for pressure relief,and coal seam unloading blasting,respectively.The results show that the bending energy index of the roof is 38.42 kJ,the uniaxial compressive strength of the coal body is 18.11 MPa,the elastic energy index of the coal body is 14.95,the dynamic failure time of the coal body is 172.80 ms,and the impact energy index of the coal body is 1.56,which has a weak impact danger.This provides a reference idea for solving the rock burst problem in same type of mines.
