Study on the Influence of Non Reactive Type Material on the Bearing Performance of Surrounding Rock in Coal Mine Roadway
Aiming at the problem of significant deformation during the stoping process of small coal pillar roadways in Jianxin Coal Mine, through revealing the principle of non reactive type material film formation and surface protection.Combined with uniaxial compressive test and FLAC3D numerical simulation method, the uniaxial compressive strength of samples before and after spraying,as well as parameters such as roadway surface displacement, stress, plastic zone, elastic potential energy and others, are studied. The results show that the average compressive strength of the sprayed samples increases by about 23%;The displacement amount of the simulated roadway roof and two sides decreases by 25%and 6%respectively,and the stress distribution of the surrounding rock becomes more balanced. The plastic failure mode and range change significantly, and the average strain energy increases from 7.8 J/m3 to 20.8 J/m3.On-site industrial tests are conducted on the small coal pillar roadway of Jianxin Coal Mine, compared with the unsprayed area, the displacement amount of the two sides of the roadway in the sprayed area decreases by 14%,the displacement amount of the roof and floor decreases by 18%,and the delamination amount decreases by 25%.The impact of non reactive type materials on the bearing performance of the roadway surrounding rock is mainly reflected in the slowing down effect of the tensile and bonding characteristics of the materials on the surface displacement of the roadway, thereby suppressing the movement of deep part base points, and has a certain supporting effect.
