基于粒子空化的地面井口加热技术研究

针对传统地面井口加热方法存在能耗高、效率低、安全性低等问题,通过分析粒子空化原理—空化气泡动力学方程以及空化阈值,提出一种新的地面井口加热方法—粒子空化技术.根据空化原理建立相应的动力学方程,用数值模拟方法求解动力学方程,得到粒子空化模型,对粒子空化技术的温度、速度和能效分别进行仿真分析,并与电加热、频射加热的性能进行对比分析.仿真结果表明,粒子空化技术的温度精确度控制高,能够使温度控制在目标值;速度变化是一种抛物线形式,能够快速进行加热;能量转换效率高,能够实现低能耗高效率.与电加热、频射加热的性能相比,粒子空化技术具有加热速度快、能耗低、温度分布均匀、安全系数高等特点,符合地面井口加热技术的需求.
Research on Ground Wellhead Heating Technology Based on Particle Cavitation
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency,low safety and others in the traditional ground wellhead heating method,a new ground wellhead heating method-particle cavitation technology is proposed by analyzing the principle of particle cavitation-the dynamic equation of cavitation bubbles and the cavitation threshold value.Establish corresponding dynamic equations according to the principle of cavitation,solve the dynamic equations using numerical simulation method,and obtain a particle cavitation model.Simulation analysis of the temperature,velocity,and energy efficiency of particle cavitation technology is conducted separately,and conduct compare and analyze with performances of electric heating and frequency jet heating.The simulation results show that particle cavitation technology has high temperature accuracy control and can control the temperature within the target value;The speed change is a parabolic form that allows for rapid heating;High energy conversion efficiency,capable of achieving low energy consumption and high efficiency.Compared with the performances of electric heating and frequency jet heating,particle cavitation technology has the characteristics of rapid heating speed,low energy consumption,uniform temperature distribution,high safety coefficient and so on,which meets the requirements of ground wellhead heating technology.
