南露天矿主要通过汽车运输煤炭至皖能江布电厂,针对汽车运输会产生大量污染、供煤系统稳定性差问题,特提出南露天矿至电厂超长距离带式输送机输煤方案,总结了输煤系统线路选择的原则,提出线路选择新的设计步骤,结合输煤系统落料点和受料点情况确定初步线路布置,随后由各专业从多角度分析线路布置的主要影响因素,并提出相应解决方案,最后对优化后的方案进行技术经济比选.经比选,方案一输煤系统线路可以在很大程度上降低初始投资、建设难度及后期运营成本.按照此设计步骤,输煤系统线路的布置效率和质量可以得到很大的提高.
Research on the Layout Scheme of Ultra Long Distance Coal Transportation System
The south open pit mine mainly transports coal to Wanneng Jiangbu Power Plant through automobiles.Aiming at the problems of large pollution caused by automobile transportation and poor stability of the coal supply system,an ultra long distance belt conveyor coal transportation scheme from the south open pit mine to the power plant is specially proposed.The principles for selecting the coal transportation system route are summarized,and new design steps for route selection are proposed.Combined with the situation of the coal transportation system's blanking point and material receiving point,a preliminary route layout is determined.Subsequently,various specialties analyze the main influencing factors of the route layout from multiple perspectives and propose corresponding solutions.Finally,the optimized scheme is subjected to technical and economic comparison and selection.After comparison and selection,the scheme 1 of the coal transportation system route can greatly reduce initial investment,construction difficulty,and later operating costs.Following this design step,the layout efficiency and quality of the coal transportation system route can be greatly improved.
