Experimental Study on the Transportation of Paste Filling Ring Pipe in Bulianta Coal Mine
In view of the problem of unclear resistance characteristics and difficult transportation of material slurry in Bulianta Coal Mine,an industrial grade ring pipe test system is used to study the resistance characteristics of straight pipes and curved pipes under different concentrations and flow rates.Based on the Bingham plastic fluid model, regression fitting and analysis are carried out on the shear force and viscosity coefficient under different working conditions. The results show that the pressure loss in both the straight pipe and curved pipe sections increases with the increase of material slurry concentration and transportation flow rate, and the material slurry concentration factor has a more significant impact on the pressure loss in the curved pipe section.Overall, the unit pressure loss in the curved pipe section is 12.9-17.8 times than that of the straight pipe section. The regression analysis shows that the Bingham plastic fluid model has good adaptability, with shear forces of 41.50-50.01 Pa and viscosity coefficients of 0.203-0.225 Pa·s.
