Optimization Research and Application of Support Parameters for the 1303 Working Face Stoping Roadway in Guojiahe Coal Mine
To solve the problems of large deformation amount of the surrounding rock,difficult to control and others during the stoping roadway service period of the 1303 working face in Guojiahe Coal Mine,ways of on-site drilling hole peeping,theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and so on are used to identify the reasons for the large deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock,improvement is conducted through support optimization measures.The results show that the main reason for the large deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is that the roadway roof anchor rod does not effectively pass through the plastic failure zone of the roadway surrounding rock under the original support method.Through theoretical calculations,it is found that the most suitable strength for roadway anchor rod support is σm=0.3 MPa;After increasing the length of the roadway anchor rod from 2400 mm to 4500 mm and setting the anchor rod support strength to σm=0.3 MPa,through numerical simulations,it is found that the vertical displacement amount of the roadway decreases by 37.7%,and the displacement amount of the two sides decreases by 35.4%,and the failure depth in the plastic zone of the roof decreases by 50%.The on-site practice shows that the maximum deformation amount of the roadway roof,floor,left side and right side of the surrounding rock reaches 22 mm,122 mm,38 mm,and 43 mm,respectively.The deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock is relatively small,which to some extent verifies the rationality of the optimization measures for roadway support parameters.
