Research and Application of Retaining Roadway Along Goaf Technology for the 15108 Working Face in Bao'an Coal Mine
In view of the problem of the large thickness of the 15th coal seam in Bao'an Coal Mine and the waste of a large amount of coal resources by reserving and setting up large-sized section protective coal pillars, this paper proposes the use of retaining roadway along goaf technology to improve the recovery rate of coal resources.Using methods of theoretical analysis and engineering analogy,an asymmetric reinforcement support scheme is proposed. Two rows of anchor cables with a diameter of Φ21.8 mm×8300 mm are arranged at positions 700 mm and 1700 mm from the stoping side, and one row of anchor cables with a diameter of Φ21.8 mm×8300 mm is arranged at a distance of 800 mm from the non stoping side, with all row spacings of 800 mm;By using methods of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,a reasonable width of 1.6 m for the roadway side filling body is determined.Through on-site testing and monitoring data in the 15108 return air roadway,it shows that under the condition of reinforced support scheme, when the width of the roadway side filling body is 1.6 m,the deformation amount of the surrounding rock of the roadway is not significant, and the cross section convergence rate of the roadway along goaf is only 13.7%,which can meet the usage requirements of the next working face.
