平朔井工三矿采区优化设计研究

针对平朔井工三矿开采过程中的二采区西部煤炭资源赋存不佳,导致该采区可采年限变短和工作面接替紧张的问题,从施工工程量和经济效益角度对三采区采掘布局进行优化设计,提出了两种优化设计方案:方案一维持现有采区巷道布置方式不变,增加4 号煤层专用进风巷;方案二将原三采区南北布置大巷改为在东坡向斜轴部向东布置大巷,三采区 4 煤、9 煤集中布置,采区巷道布置于 4 煤.通过对比分析两种采掘布置方案,得知方案二能够最大限度利用现有井巷工程,具有工程量少(减少1736 m)、施工工期短(工期缩短约6个月)、投资费用少(减少4 937.84万元)、安全管理更容易等优点,最终选用方案二作为优化方案,研究对于解决工作面接替紧张问题具有指导意义.
Research on Mining Area Optimization Design of Pingshuo Jinggong No.3 Mine
Aiming at the poor coal resources occurrence in the western part of the No.2 mining area during the mining process of Pingshuo Jinggong No.3 Mine,which led to problems of a shorter mining life and tight replacement of working faces,the mining and excavation arrangement of the No.3 mining area is optimized and designed from the perspectives of construction work quantity and economic benefits.Two optimization design schemes are proposed:scheme 1 maintains the existing mining area roadway arrangement way unchanged and adds a dedicated air intake roadway for the No.4 coal seam;Scheme 2 changes the original No.3 mining area north-south arrangement of the main roadway to an arrangement towards the east of the main roadway in the east slope synclinal axis part.The 4th coal and the 9th coal in the No.3 mining area are centrally arranged,and the roadway in the mining area is arranged in the 4th coal.By comparing and analyzing two mining and excavation arrangement schemes,it is found that scheme 2 can maximize the utilization of existing well roadway engineering,with the advantages of less engineering quantity(reducing 1736 m),shorter construction period(shortening the construction period by about 6 months),lower investment cost(reducing 49.3784 million yuan),easier safety management and so on.Therefore,scheme 2 is ultimately selected as the optimization scheme,the research has guiding significance for solving the problem of tight replacement of working faces.
