摘要

晋圣坡底煤矿 3106 运输顺槽掘进至 604 m处巷道迎头揭露煌斑岩,导致巷道掘进效率低、掘进机破岩难度大、顶板支护难度大.对巷道过煌斑岩施工工艺进行优化,提出了"松动爆破+机械破岩"联合施工工艺,采用"浅深孔超前注浆+桁架锚索+喷浆+可移式π型钢棚"联合支护技术,掘进机破岩故障率由 27.4%降低为 4.2%,掘进速度提高至 4.8 m/d,控制了硅化煤体破碎影响支护效果的现象,顶板下沉量由420 mm降低至 190 mm,肩角垮落深度由 1.6 m降低至 0.3 m,巷道成型率提高至 98%以上,取得了显著应用成效.

Abstract

The 3106 transportation crossheading of Jinsheng Podi Coal Mine is excavated to a distance of 604 m at the front of the roadway to expose lamprophyre,resulting in low roadway excavation efficiency,difficulty in rock breaking by the tunneling machine,and difficulty in roof support.Through the optimization of the roadway passing through lamprophyre construction technique,a joint construction technique of"loose blasting+mechanical rock breaking"is proposed,adopting the"shallow deep hole advance grouting+truss anchor cable+spray grouting+movable π-shaped steel shed"joint support technology,the rock breaking failure rate of the tunneling machine is reduced from 27.4%to 4.2%,and the excavation speed is increased to 4.8 m/d.The phenomenon of silicified coal body fragmentation affecting the support effect is controlled,and the subsidence amount of the roof is reduced from 420 mm to 190 mm.The collapse depth of the shoulder angle is reduced from 1.6 m to 0.3 m,and the formation rate of the roadway is increased to over 98%,achieving significant application results.
