摘要
原大洪沟煤矿在开采期间存在位置不明的小窑火区,经多年治理并未彻底熄灭,原大洪沟煤矿并入乌东煤矿南区后,需开展原大洪沟保护煤柱隐蔽火源探测.针对煤矿井下隐蔽火源探测难度大、误差大及现有技术的局限性问题,提出了一种基于激光闪射法探测矿井隐蔽火源的技术,利用激光闪射法分析B3+6 煤层煤样、岩样在不同温度下的热扩散系数、导热系数及比热容的变化规律,从而探测原大洪沟防洪渠煤柱隐蔽火源的动态.依据钻孔采集B3+6 煤层煤样及顶板岩样并分析其导热系数、热扩散系数及比热容实验数据,得出了4#、5#、7#钻孔孔底周围出现高温区域,且温度均超过130℃.
Abstract
During the mining period,there is an unknown location of a small kiln fire area in the original Dahonggou Coal Mine.After years of governance,it is not completely extinguished.After the original Dahonggou Coal Mine is merged into the southern area of Wudong Coal Mine,it needs to carry out concealed fire sources detection of original Dahonggou protective coal pillars.Aiming at the large difficulty,large error and the problem of limitations of existing technologies in detecting concealed fire sources in the coal mine downhole,a technology based on laser flash method for detecting concealed fire sources in coal mines is proposed.The laser flash method is used to analyze the changes law in thermal diffusion coefficient,thermal conductivity,and specific heat capacity of coal and rock samples in the B3+6 coal seam at different temperatures,so as to detect the dynamics of concealed fire sources in original Dahonggou flood protection channel coal pillars.According to hole drilling,coal samples from the B3+6 coal seam and roof rock samples are collected,and the analysis of their thermal conductivity,thermal diffusion coefficient,and specific heat capacity experimental data is conducted,it is found that there are high-temperature areas around the hole bottom of boreholes 4#,5#,and 7#,with all temperatures exceeding 130℃.
