Research on the Index Gas and Limit Parameters of Spontaneous Combustion of Coking Coal in Huainan Mining Area
To analyze the spontaneous combustion prediction gas index of coking coal in Huainan mining area and explore the variation law of its spontaneous combustion limit parameters, five types of coking coal in Huainan mining area are selected as experimental samples. The programmed temperature experimental device is used to study the gas production amount and gas ratio change trend during the low-temperature oxidation process of coal samples, and to analyze the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion. The experimental results show that during the process of low-temperature oxidation, the production amount of CO,C2H6,and C2H4 gradually increases with the increase of temperature, and the production amount of CO shows an exponential increase trend with temperature; When the CO/CO2 ratio is greater than 0.1,the temperature of each coal sample exceeds about 100℃,and coal spontaneous combustion developes into a rapid oxidation stage. The C2H4/C2H6 ratio is in an unstable stage within the temperature range of 100-130℃,and begins to steadily increase after exceeding 130℃;The ultimate oxygen concentration and minimum floating coal thickness during the low-temperature oxidation process of coal show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of temperature, and reach their maximum value at 50℃;Under the same temperature conditions, the ultimate oxygen concentration is inversely proportional to coal thickness, while the maximum air leakage intensity is directly proportional to coal thickness; With the increase of air leakage intensity, the minimum floating coal thickness also shows a gradually increasing trend.
