Research and Design of Structural Parameters for Explosion Proof Diesel Slotting Machine in Coal Mine Roadway
Aiming at the problems of low operation efficiency,slow construction progress and others of manual slotting in Sunjiacha Longhua Coal Mine,a comprehensive and systematic study and design of the structural parameters of the mine used roadway slotting machine are conducted using methods such as transmission matching,hydraulic system matching,software design,theoretical formula calculation and so on.The research results indicate that the rubber wheel walking structure of the slotting machine is easier to arrange and has a faster driving speed;Through software modeling and theoretical calculation,parameters such as drive axle length,maximum input torque,and tire diameter width,etc,are designed and determined;The working arm of the slotting machine's working device is designed to rotate left and right at an angle of 25°,and steering,lifting,and adjusting oil cylinders that meet safety using requirements are selected;Propose the design requirements for the hydraulic system of KC-8 explosion proof diesel slotting machine,which requires matching the oil cylinder and motor;By determining the structural form of the main circuit,variable hydraulic pumps with a rated pressure slightly higher than the system working pressure are preferred,which solves the difficult problem of coal mine machinery walking and operating in roadways and improves production efficiency.
