Application and Operation and Maintenance Management of Centralized Control System for Mine Used Air Compressor
To solve the problems of outdated technology and poor operation and maintenance management in the control system of mine used air compressors,the electronic control part of the air compressor unit is conducted to be upgraded and transformed with the automatic centralized control system.By using various sensors,power acquisition modules,and electric valves installed on site,combined with the main controller PLC,the working condiction parameters and operating status of the air compressor unit are collected in real time,as well as remote monitoring and control of the start and stop of the air compressor,achieving remote centralized control of the air compressor unit.In daily operation and maintenance management,the optimization configuration of air compressor units is carried out,and new concepts,ideas,and methods are applied to improve the level of operation and maintenance management.Guided by the"innovation+technological transformation"model,an essence safe type unmanned compressed air machine room is created to reduce potential accident hidden danger risks and prevent safety accidents from occurring.The application of this air compressor centralized control system and the improvement of operation and maintenance management level ensure the safe and stable operation of the mine compressed air system,which has reference and promotion significance.
