Mechanism and Device Development of Grouting and Hole Sealing for Roadway Surrounding Rock of Broken Coal Rock Mass
In response to the problems of poor hole sealing effect,low grouting pressure and others of traditional grouting and hole sealing devices during grouting in roadway surrounding rock of broken coal rock mass,taking the return air roadway of the 5310 fully mechanized mining face in Sihe Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock of the broken coal rock mass,the mechanism of hole sealing and grouting of the broken surrounding rock is revealed,and a new pneumatic type grouting and hole sealing device is designed.The structural and dimensional parameters of the grouting and hole sealing device are optimized,and on-site industrial tests are conducted.The experimental results show that after using the new pneumatic type grouting and hole sealing device,the grouting speed is fast,and there is no backflow phenomenon of the slurry.89%of the boreholes have a final grouting pressure value distribute between 2.9-3.4 MPa,which is nearly four times higher than the traditional cotton yarn hole sealing and grouting pressure value.It has a significant effect on plugging and consolidating the cracks in the broken surrounding rock,effectively improving the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock.
