Research and Application of Mechanized Rapid Construction Technology for Long Distance Gentle Slope Inclined Shaft
In order to solve the problems of outdated equipment and device,equipment short normal service life,high failure rate,low environmental adaptability,which seriously influence the excavation construction progress of roadway excavation in Hongshan Coal Mine,a reasonable scheme is formulated combined with the actual site situation,and reliable measures are taken.On the premise of ensuring the construction safety and quality of the rock roadway,a new supporting production line of"EBZ260M-2 anchor excavator+matching self moving machine tail for the using of DWZY1000/1000 type belt conveyor"is adopted.In the application of gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft and one horizontal central auxiliary transportation up the mountain excavation construction,significant results are achieved in production progress,construction efficiency is improved,and the construction period is shortened.The highest footage in the bedrock section of the gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft reaches 180 m/month,exceeding the average footage of rock roadway comprehensive excavation in the coal industry by 120 m/month;During the construction process of the one horizontal central auxiliary transportation up the mountain,the adverse effects of soft roof,small structure,and floor argillization when encounters water are overcome,and set a new record of a monthly footage of 200 m of rock inclined roadway,achieving safe and rapid excavation of the roadway and improving the overall construction level of the mine.
