破碎顶板煤巷支护参数优化及应用

针对甜水堡煤矿 1302 回风顺槽过风氧化带顶板破碎区域时,顶板呈黄泥状岩性、锚杆的支护作用大大降低、不能有效控制顶板,采用套棚方式加强支护并缩短架棚滞后距离导致进度较慢、成本较高等问题,研究分析 1302 回风顺槽破碎顶板围岩稳定控制技术,提出采用直墙半圆拱巷道断面,配合锚杆(索)对风氧化带顶板破碎区域进行支护,理论计算顶板所需锚杆(索)强度,数值模拟验证了支护优化方案的有效性.结果表明:直墙半圆拱巷道条件下的锚杆(索)轴向载荷随着掘进工作面的推进没有增加,矿压显现不强烈,锚杆(索)的工作状况良好,支护方案有效.
Optimization and Application of Support Parameters for Broken Roof Coal Roadway
Aiming at the problems such as the roof presents a yellow mud like lithology,the support effect of anchor rods is greatly reduced,the roof cannot be effectively controlled,the use of bracket shed coverage method to strengthen support and shorten the bracket shed lag distance results in slow progress and high cost and so on when the 1302 return air crossheading passing through the wind oxidation zone roof fragmentation area in Tianshuibao Coal Mine.The stability control technology of the broken roof surrounding rock of the 1302 return air crossheading is studied and analyzed,straight wall semi-circular arch roadway cross section is proposed and adopted,coordinate with anchor rods(cables)to support the roof fragmentation area of the wind oxidation zone.The theoretical calculation of the required anchor rods(cables)strength for the roof is carried out,and the effectiveness of the support optimization scheme is verified by numerical simulation.The results show that the axial load of the anchor rods(cables)under the condition of straight wall semi-circular arch roadway does not increase with the advancement of the excavation working face,and the strata behavior is not strong.The working condition of the anchor rods(cables)is good,and the support scheme is effective.
