采动影响下小煤柱留巷围岩控制研究与实践

针对采动影响下小煤柱留巷围岩变形严重的问题,提出"施工煤柱对穿锚索+煤柱注浆加固+木垛充填加固+切顶断底"的护巷技术,并通过现场矿压观测进行验证.研究结果表明:采用爆破预裂切顶卸压及底板爆破卸压可以有效降低23上04 辅顺二段巷道顶板压力及底鼓量,应用煤柱对穿锚索和煤柱注浆联合对23上04 辅顺二段巷道和小煤柱进行加固,可有效提高巷道顶帮围岩稳定性和小煤柱承载力,木垛充填加固进一步减小采动影响下的巷道围岩变形量,取得了较好的应用效果.
Research and Practice on the Control of Retaining Roadway Surrounding Rock in Small Coal Pillars Under the Influence of Mining
Aiming at the problem of serious deformation of retaining roadway surrounding rock in small coal pillars under the influence of mining,a roadway protection technology of"construction coal pillar passing through anchor cable+coal pillar grouting reinforcement+wood crib filling reinforcement+roof and floor cutting"is proposed,and verified through on-site mine pressure observation.The research shows that the use of blasting pre splitting and roof cutting pressure relief and floor blasting pressure relief can effectively reduce the roof pressure and floor heave amount of the 23upper04 auxiliary along second section roadway.The application of coal pillar passing through anchor cable and coal pillar grouting combined to reinforce the 23upper04 auxiliary along second section roadway and small coal pillars can effectively improve the stability of the roadway roof side surrounding rock and the bearing capacity of the small coal pillars.Wood crib filling reinforcement further reduces the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock under mining influence,achieving relatively good application effects.
