针对通风监测手段存在动态监测不足、远程控制能力缺失、人工巡检方式落后以及监测设备精度不足等问题,采用了集成智能系统理论,结合现代传感技术和物联网技术,提出了一套全面的解决方案,具体措施包括:部署高精度传感器网络,实现对风量、风压和温度等关键参数的实时动态监测;开发了一体化仿真平台,用于模拟通风网络在正常和灾变状态下的行为;集成远程智能控制技术,使通风动力和设施能够根据实时数据自动调节.通过实施通风实时监测与自动控制系统,乌东煤矿在正常工作状态下能够根据节能原则自动调节风流,优化通风效率;在灾变情况下,系统能够迅速响应,智能控制风流方向和强度,有效控制灾变扩散并支持救援工作.
Construction of Real-time Monitoring and Automatic Control System for Intelligent Ventilation in Mines
Aiming at the problems of insufficient dynamic monitoring,lack of remote control capability,outdated manual inspection method,insufficient accuracy of monitoring equipment and so on existing in ventilation monitoring ways,an integrated intelligent system theory is adopted,combined with modern sensing technology and Internet of Things technology,to propose a set of comprehensive solution.Specific measures include deploying high-precision sensor networks to achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of key parameters such as air volume,air pressure,temperature and others;An integrated simulation platform for simulating the behavior of ventilation networks under normal and disaster status is developed;Integrated remote intelligent control technology enables ventilation power and facilities to be automatically adjusted according to real-time data.By implementing a real-time monitoring and automatic control system for ventilation,Wudong Coal Mine can automatically adjust the airflow and optimize ventilation efficiency according to energy-saving principles under normal working status;Under disaster situation,the system can respond quickly,intelligently control the direction and intensity of airflow,effectively control the spread of the disaster,and support rescue work.
