Research on Structure Characteristics of Roadway Surrounding Rock in Thick Mudstone Roof
Aiming at the problem of low strength and easy deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway with thick mudstone roof,the physical and mechanical property test and the detection of surrounding rock structure were carried out on the mudstone of the roadway roof.The test results show that:the uniaxial compressive strength of the roof mudstone is 17.59 MPa,the modulus of elasticity is 3.82 GPa,and the Poisson's ratio is 0.223;the cohesive force is 3.32 MPa,and the angle of internal friction is 34.63°;The range of crack development zone in the roof(top coal)fluctuates around 1.80 m.Analyzing the structural characteristics of coal seams 3#-5#in Yangcheng Coal Mine,it is known that the upper 1.81 m of the roadway roof is a weak structural zone,and the integrity of the coal body is damaged by stress,and there are primary and mining fissures;the damage range of the surrounding rock in the gang part of the 6301 railroad track is small,and the range of the two gangs of the roadway of the 1#-3#measuring station loosened and damaged areas are 1.10 m,1.18 m,1.29 m,1.31 m,1.32 m,1.28 m,respectively.The maximum destructive depth of the loosening circle of the surrounding rock is 1.32 m.On this basis,combined with the geological conditions of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the support parameters of the roadway of the mudstone roof plate are given,and the engineering application is carried out.
