摘要
针对现有两带发育高度预测方法的局限性,以郭屯煤矿3301工作面为例,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对大采高综采工作面导水裂隙带发育形态和高度进行模拟计算,通过经验公式计算预测了导水裂隙带的高度和发育形态,运用井下导高观测仪现场实测了导水裂隙带发育高度,得到了导水裂隙带发育高度和发育形状的规律,揭示了大采高工作面"两带"发育规律.研究结果表明:基岩"上软下硬"的组合结构对裂缝发育有较强的抑制作用,"两带"高度明显偏小于经验公式的计算数值,对类似条件下煤层安全开采和防治水工作具有很好的指导意义.
Abstract
Aiming at the limitations of existing methods for predicting the development height of the two zones,FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate and calculate the development morphology and height of the water conducting fracture zone in the fully mechanized mining face with high mining height.The height and development shape of the water conducting fracture zone are calculated and predicted through empirical formulas.The development height of the water conducting fracture zone is measured on site using the downhole guide height observation instrument,and the laws of the development height and the development shape of the water conducting fracture zone are obtained,revealing the development law of the"two zones"in the large mining height working face.The research results indicate that the combination structure of"soft on top and hard on the bottom"of bedrock has a relatively strong inhibitory effect on crack development,and the height of the"two zones"is significantly lower than the calculated value of empirical formulas,which has good guiding significance for coal seam safe mining and water prevention and governance work under similar conditions.
