Research on Geostress Measurement and Distribution Characteristics in Yangcheng Coal Mine
In order to guide the rational design and safe mining of the mining area well roadway engineering of Yangcheng Coal Mine, the stress relief method is adopted to measure the three-dimensional geostress of the mining area, and the data is conducted to be analyzed and calculated. The results show that the overall stress field in the sixth mining area of Yangcheng Coal Mine is mainly horizontal stress, belonging to the type of horizontal stress field. This type of stress field mainly affects the stability of the roadway roof and floor.According to measurements, the maximum principal stress values at No.1 and No.2 monitoring points in the sixth mining area are 17.2 MPa and 16.9 MPa,respectively. The magnitude of the maximum horizontal principal stress is approximately 1.21-1.22 times than that of the minimum horizontal principal stress, and the stress field characteristics generally show as σH>σh>σV.The measurement of geostress shows that the horizontal stress in the mining area level is relatively large, but although there is a certain difference between the maximum principal stress and the intermediate principal stress,as well as the minimum principal stress, the difference is not significant. The azimuth angle of the maximum horizontal principal stress σH at the monitoring point is in the 150° region, and the direction of the principal stress is at an angle of 42°-44° with the axial direction of the roadway. The horizontal stress will have a certain impact on the stability of the roadway and chamber.
