摘要

针对皖北采煤沉陷动态监测任务难落实、监测体系不健全不规范、监测平台不健全和矿山生态修复与土地复垦缺少科学精准数据支撑等问题,在对皖北采煤沉陷监测监管现状分析的基础上,汇总存在问题,在淮河能源集团朱集东矿和淮北矿业集团信湖煤矿试点开展动态监测措施,探索监测对象、监测底图、监测设备、监测方法、监测点布设、监测密度、监测平台建设等方面技术路径,总结初步成效,提出相关建议,为类似矿山监测监管提供借鉴.

Abstract

In view of the problems of difficulties in implementing dynamic monitoring task,monitoring system unsound and non standard,monitoring platform unsound,the lack of scientific and accurate data support for mine ecological restoration and land reclamation and others for coal mining subsidence in Northern Anhui,based on the analysis of the current situation of monitoring and supervision of coal mining subsidence in Northern Anhui,the existing problems are summarized.Dynamic monitoring measures are piloted carried out in Zhujidong Mine of Huaihe Energy Group and Xinhu Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Group,exploring technical paths in aspects such as monitoring objects,monitoring base maps,monitoring equipment,monitoring methods,monitoring point layout,monitoring density,monitoring platform construction,etc.The preliminary results are summarized,and relevant suggestions are proposed to provide reference for similar mine monitoring and supervision.
