选煤厂重介密度在线监测及控制设计探究

重介质旋流器在煤炭分选中的应用逐渐增多,但传统技术背景下的密度测量技术相对较差,进而导致重介密度调节无法达到预期效果.为提升选煤厂重介密度在线监测与控制技术水平,采用文献对比与理论分析相结合的方法,对基于PID模糊控制的重介密度自动控制系统进行了设计.通过对设计结果进行验证可知,优化的重介密度在线监测方案具有较强的实用性和一定的技术参考价值.
Exploration of Online Monitoring and Control Design of Dense Medium Density in Coal Preparation Plant
The application of heavy medium cyclones in coal separation is gradually increasing,but the density measurement technology under the traditional technical background is relatively poor,which leads to the inability of heavy medium density adjustment to achieve the expected effect.In order to improve the online monitoring and control technology level of heavy medium density in coal preparation plants,this paper adopts a combination of literature comparison and theoretical analysis to design an automatic control system for heavy medium density based on PID fuzzy control.By verifying the design results,it can be concluded that the optimized online monitoring scheme for heavy dielectric density has strong practicality and certain technical reference value.
