Technical Practice of Applying Stainless Steel Composite Ground Connection Material in Photo-voltaic Project of Coal Mining Subsidence Area
Due to the fact that the new construction project in the coal mining subsidence area of Wuhai City,Inner Mongolia is located in backfill soil containing coal gangue, which contains sulfides, the grounding material is at risk of acidic corrosion. In response to the failure of traditional galvanized materials existing in highly corrosive environments,corrosion-resistant cop-per-clad steel materials will generate a copper sulfide film on the copper surface in environments with high sulfide content. The present widely used photovoltaic field ground connection materials exhibit significant corrosion deterioration problems in this environment.Relevant literature and de-sign standards are verified, and a design scheme and implementation suggestions for using stainless steel composite materials in sulfur-containing corrosive are proposed.Taking the photovoltaic pro-ject in the coal mining subsidence area of Wuhai City,Inner Mongolia as an example, analyze the characteristics and main technical indices of stainless steel composite materials. The analysis results show that stainless steel composite materials not only have excellent corrosion resistance, but also have a much lower corrosion rate than traditional materials, and their conductivity and mechanical properties also meet engineering requirements. The use of this material can not only meet the tech-nical requirement of ground connection resistance not exceeding 4 Ω in photovoltaic field areas, but also theoretically have a service life of more than 60 years and good economy.
