Application and Research on Coal Mine Safety Risk Assessment Method Based on Bow-Tie-LOPA
To address the limitations of traditional safety assessment methods,effectively reduce coal mine safety accidents,and improve coal mine safety management efficiency,a Bow-Tie model based LOPA coal mine safety risk assessment method is proposed.By studying the concepts of the two methods and analyzing their combined applications,Bow-Tie-LOPA method is comprehensively applied for coal mine safety risk assessment,and the feasibility and effectiveness of Bow-Tie-LOPA method in coal mine safety risk assessment are analyzed and verified;Using the Bow-Tie model to draw the causal chain of coal mine safety risk events,identify accident scenarios that can be analyzed by LOPA method,and analyze the occurrence rate and consequences of risk events based on LOPA,use the risk matrix and the method of determining risk levels to further assess the accident scenarios,in order to determine the consequences of coal mine safety risks and safety protection measures.The research results indicate that the introduction of LOPA method is beneficial for the Bow-Tie model to analyze complex accidents and crisis scenarios in coal mines,and to improve the level of coal mine safety risk management.
