Optimization and Research of Working Medium for Gravity Heat Pipe in Gangue Mountain
In response to the problem of poor early governance effect of the gangue mountain in Xinzhi Coal Mine,based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the gravity heat pipe in gangue mountain,and through the optimization of the working medium types and filling ratios of the gravity heat pipe,an experimental system for studying the heat pipe working medium is designed to compare the effects of three working medium such as methanol,ethanol,and hexane on the performance of the heat pipe,and provide an experimental analysis method for working medium types.The performance of gravity heat pipes filled with methanol working medium is better than that of ethanol and hexane,and the optimal filling ratio for stable operation stage of methanol heat pipes is 36%.In the on-site experiment,through 30 days of temperature monitoring,the governance effects of methanol heat pipes and ethanol heat pipes are compared.The temperature of methanol heat pipes decreases by 9.94%,and the temperature of ethanol heat pipes decreases by 5.28%,the temperature difference between the two on day 30 is 15℃.During the later construction of the gangue mountain in Xinzhi Coal Mine,the application of methanol heat pipes will further improve the governance effect.
