Technology of Paste Material Roadway Side Supporting and Retaining Roadway Along Goaf
During the production process of Ningtiaota Coal Mine,a large amount of gangue and mine water are generated.It is urgent to solve the problem of gangue and mine water in mining enterprises in a reasonable and compliant manner.The paste filling roadway side supporting and rataining roadway along goaf can significantly reduce the waste of coal resources and digest a large amount of solid waste such as coal gangue and others.In order to design a reasonable paste material roadway side supporting wall body width,taking the N1215 working face of Ningtiaota Coal Mine as the engineering backgound,a design scheme for the roadway side supporting wall body is proposed.The roadway side supporting paste material is made using coal gangue,gelling powder,and mine water.The theoretical calculation shows that the maximum load of the retaining roadway along goaf is 17 710 kN,and the numerical calculation shows that the vertical stress of the roadway side supporting wall body is 20.80 MPa.The results indicate that the paste material roadway side supporting wall body not only reuses the solid waste generated by the mine,but also meets the stability requirements of the N1215 working face retaining roadway along goaf in Ningtiaota Coal Mine,providing new ideas and new paths for solving the disposal way of coal gangue and mine water.
