近距离煤层联合开采下切顶卸压技术研究

近距离煤层联合开采过程中,悬顶导致巷道掘进变形破坏严重,针对近距离煤层下层巷道两帮收敛、支护破坏等问题,通过对回采面顶板破坏特征及地质条件等因素进行分析,采用9104工作面巷道爆破切顶、10104 工作面巷道大直径钻孔卸压方案.结果表明,近距离煤层巷道掘进受顶板应力影响较大,合理的切顶措施可显著降低巷道围岩应力水平,通过设置合理的钻孔布置方式,可有效切断巷道上方顶板和采空区顶板岩层,阻断顶板岩层之间的力学联系,保持掘进巷道围岩稳定.通过合理的切顶卸压方案,使华苑煤业的掘进巷道收敛变形和支护破坏得到了有效控制.
Research on Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief Technology Under Joint Mining in Close Distance Coal Seam
In the process of close distance coal seam joint mining,the hanging roof causes serious deformation and damage to the roadway excavation.In response to the problems of convergence and support damage and others of the two sides of the lower layer roadway in the close distance coal seam,by conducting analysis of factors such as the damage characteristics and geological conditions and so on of the stoping face roof,the 9104 working face roadway blasting and roof cutting and the 10104 working face roadway large diameter drilling and pressure relief scheme are adopted.The results show that the excavation of the close distance coal seam roadway is greatly affected by the roof stress.Reasonable roof cutting measures can significantly reduce the stress level of the roadway surrounding rock.By setting a reasonable drilling layout way,the roof above the roadway and the goaf roof strata can be effectively cut off,blocking the mechanical connection between the roof strata and maintaining the stability of the excavation roadway surrounding rock.Through the reasonable roof cutting and pressure relief scheme,the convergence deformation and support damage of the excavation roadway in Huayuan Coal Industry are effectively controlled.
