Research on Optimization Design of Roadway Support in the Third Mining Area of Nanyang Mine
Aiming at the problems of serious deformation and difficulty in support and others in deep coal seam roadway surrounding rock,taking the 3302 working face in the third mining area of Nanyang Mine as the engineering background,the theoretical calculation of the support parameters for the air intake(return)roadway of the working face is conducted.Three types of roadway support schemes are designed,and FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to compare the surrounding rock deformation,stress distribution,and plastic area distribution of the roadway under three different support schemes.Finally,the optimal support scheme is determined and the on-site application is carried out.The practical results show that the surrounding rock deformation amount of the roof and floor of the roadway surrounding rock and the two sides remain stable at around 31 mm and 21 mm,respectively,effectively controlling the surrounding rock deformation and achieving significant support effects.This verifies the rationality of this scheme and provides a reference for mine roadway support design with similar conditions.
