Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Coal Mining Working Face Construction in Youzhong Mine
In view of the problem of low production efficiency,high equipment failure rate,and large difficulty of safety risk management and control existing in ordinary mechanized coal mining working faces,Youzhong Mine adopts an integrated innovation method,applying intelligent technologies such as hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system,automatic cutting system of coal mining machine,intelligent liquid supply system,intelligent transportation system,video monitoring and voice communication system,centralized control system,etc.,to build an intelligent coal mining face with automatic control as the main focus and a small amount of manual intervention as a supplement.Through practical verification,it is found that compared to ordinary mechanized coal mining working faces,the per unit yield of intelligent working faces increases by more than 30%,and the per capita production efficiency increases by more than three times.
