针对屯兰矿存在的风门操作困难、矿压变形和安全风险等问题,设计了一种新型远程控制平衡风门.该平衡风门采用抗变形、三维可调节、就地智能控制和远程解锁短路排烟等技术措施,采用有限元分析方法对平衡风门受压进行模拟研究,选用高强度SPCC冷压钢板,设计多层复合结构,提高风门强度和轻量化;通过三维可调旋转合页和可调拉杆机构,提高风门适应巷道变形的能力,配备智能化控制系统,实现实时监测和自动调节.新型平衡风门在矿压和风压条件下表现出色,门扇和合页在长期使用中未出现失效或大位移变形,门框具备抗矿压性能.风门在 1676 Pa的风压下开闭正常,满足调风需求.新型平衡风门能够提高通风系统稳定性和安全性,适用于大断面和大压差巷道环境.
Design and Application of a New Type of Remote Control Balancing Damper
Aiming at the existing problems of difficuly in operating dampers,mine pressure deformation,safety risks and so on in Tunlan Mine,a new type of remote control balancing damper is designed.The balance damper adopts anti deformation,three-dimensional adjustable,on-site intelligent control,and remote unlocking short-circuit smoke exhaust technology measures.Finite element analysis method is used to simulate the compression of the balance damper.High strength SPCC cold pressed steel plate is selected,and a multi-layer composite structure is designed to improve the strength and lightweight of the damper;By using a three-dimensional adjustable rotating hinge and adjustable rod mechanism,the ability of the air door to adapt to tunnel deformation is improved,equipped with an intelligent control system to achieve real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment.The new balanced air door performs well under mining pressure and wind pressure conditions,and the door leaf and hinge have not failed or undergone large displacement deformation during long-term use.The door frame has anti mining pressure performance.The air damper opens and closes normally under a wind pressure of 1676 Pa,meeting the demand for air regulation.The new balanced air door can improve the stability and safety of the ventilation system,and is suitable for environments with large cross-sections and large pressure differentials in tunnels.
