Research on Mine Pressure Behavior Law During Narrow Coal Pillar Roadway Excavation and Penetration Along Goaf Period
In response to the serious deformation problem of the roadway surrounding rock during the mining and excavation period of narrow coal pillars roadway excavation along goaf of the 31120 working face in Nalinhe No.2 Mine, methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation,on-site monitoring and others are adopted to study the impact range and behavior regularity of mine pressure during the period of roadway excavation and penetration along goaf.Monitoring equipment is used on site to monitor the coal and rock mass of the roadway. The research shows that the lateral support pressure peak of the working face is at 40 m.During the period of narrow coal pillars roadway excavation along goaf, both sides of the roadway are in the stress reduction area, and the neutral plane area of coal pillars is in the elastic stage, with relatively strong bearing capacity. However, during the excavation of the roadway, there is relatively small displacement and subsidence occure on both sides. The frequency and energy of ground sounds during the excavation and penetration period are generally high, and the degree of danger during the penetration period is relatively high. The head-on impact range of the lagging is far away.In view of the situation of relatively strong mine pressure behavior of lagging head-on during the excavation and penetration along goaf period, multiple rounds of large diameter drilling boreholes are used to relieve pressure during the excavation and penetration period, which can effectively reduce the stress of the coal body in the excavation and penetration area and provide effective guarantee for the smooth penetration of narrow coal pillars excavation along goaf.
