Application of SSA Mountain Sand Suspension Agent in Bulianta Coal Mine
The coal seams in Shendong Mining Area are buried shallowly with large thickness and after roof caving,vertical through cracks that connect with the ground are easily generated,causing a large amount of air leakage in the mine and making it difficult to prevent and govern coal spontaneous combustion in the mine.Due to regional soil and water shortages,traditional yellow mud grouting and fly ash grouting cannot be implemented due to limited conditions.The mining area adapts to local conditions and implements mountain sand grouting at the ground grouting station.SSA mountain sand suspension agent independently developed and produced by Xuzhou ETRON-TECH Co.,Ltd.is used in combination with the original creation of"colloidal ball"technology.Through mobile type ground grouting equipment,extremely low water to sand ratio mountain sand slurry is accurately injected into the fire area location of Bulianta Coal Mine,implementing precise coverage and sealing to the ignition area.With the continuous advancement of the working face and the large amount of mountain sand coverage within the goaf,the fire situation is effectively controlled,and the CO concentration of the goaf continues to decrease,with significant governance effects.
