Research on active anti-roll hydraulically interconnected suspension based on fuzzy control
As the speed of the vehicle increases, the risk of the vehicle rollover increases,so the anti-roll performance of the vehicle has also received more and more attention.Hydraulically interconnected suspension(HIS)can effectively improve the roll stiffness of the vehicle and hardly affect the ride comfort of the vehicle.According to the active hydraulically interconnection suspension studied,a fuzzy controller that took the roll angle and roll angle acceleration as input was designed, which almost did not work when driving in a straight line and the vehicle was equivalent to passive HIS,and the smoothness of the two was approximately the same;the controller adjusted the piston movement of the power cylinder by controlling the motor when the vehicle was steering at high speed, generating an active anti-roll moment to improve the handling performance of the vehicle. An active anti-roll HIS experimental bench was built, and the correctness of the active HIS model was verified through the bench experiment.By retrofitting the active anti-roll HIS test system on the chassis of the test vehicle, the slalom and double lane change tests were carried out,and the corresponding simulation was carried out using MATLAB/Simulink.The peak of the body roll angle of the passive HIS vehicle and the active HIS vehicle were compared and analyzed. The results showed that, compared with the passive HIS,the active HIS could effectively improve the anti-roll performance of the vehicle.
