轿车转向节强度及疲劳寿命分析

以轿车转向节为研究对象,通过不平路面、紧急制动、侧滑 3 种典型工况确定其工作载荷.利用有限元分析法进行静强度计算,结果表明转向节的最大应力为 100.7 MPa,小于材料屈服强度 207 MPa,满足静强度要求;采用简化载荷谱对转向节进行疲劳分析,结果表明,在紧急制动工况下,转向节的疲劳寿命为 2.3×106 次,符合设计要求.在开发初期应用有限元分析方法进行汽车转向节分析有利于缩短零件设计周期并降低成本.
Strength and fatigue life analysis of automobile steering knuckle
Taking an automobile steering knuckle as the object of study,the working load was determined through three typical working conditions:uneven road,emergency braking,and side slip.Using finite element analysis method for static strength calculation,the results showed that the maximum stress of the steering knuckle was 100.7 MPa,which was less than the material yield limit of 207 MPa,meeting the static strength requirements.Using simplified load spectrum for fatigue analysis of the steering knuckle,the results showed that the fatigue life of the steering knuckle under emergency braking conditions was 2.3×106 times,meeting design requirements.Applying finite element analysis method to analyze automotive steering knuckles in the early stages of development is beneficial for shortening the part design cycle and reducing costs.
