Effect of different optimization methods of structural parameters on the performance of hydrogen fuel cells
In order to improve the performance of the ejector in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell system,CFD simulations were used to analyze three key geometrical parameters of the inducer. In addition, the optimal parameter combinations under single factor analysis, the parameter combinations in the optimal optimization order, and the parameter combinations obtained from orthogonal analysis were compared for the enhancement of the performance of the ejector. The results showed that the optimal combination of parameters obtained using orthogonal analysis improved the performance of the ejector by 13.6%and 7.5%respectively compared to the other two.The study provides a new idea for the optimization of the structural parameters of the ejector which is of reference value for the design and application of the ejector.
