Non-cascade control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on current-constrained
Aiming at the problems of mismatched disturbance and overcurrent protection in the controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor with non-cascade structure,a sliding mode controller based on current-constrained was designed. The linear disturbance observer was used to observe and compensate the mismatched disturbance. The problem that the conventional sliding mode controller was difficult to suppress the mismatched disturbance was solved. The current penalty term was used to constrain the current to solve the problem that the circuit safety of permanent magnet synchronous motor was threatened by excessive current. The simulation results showed that this controller could effectively suppress the mismatched disturbance, making the motor speed quickly recover to the target speed after being interfered by external load and effectively constrain the current, making the motor current not exceed the safety threshold.
