基于实际场景下的EGR冷却器可靠性提升

针对一款重卡国Ⅵ天然气发动机EGR冷却器在市场出现内漏开裂问题,通过对EGR冷却器在整车环境下的应用场景路谱统计分析,并结合失效件理化分析和故障统计分析,采用应力强度干涉模型,明确了EGR冷却器可靠性改进方向.借助CAE仿真分析软件,通过优化EGR冷却器进水口流场设计,并采用波纹管膨胀节结构、选用SUS444 新型不锈钢材料等措施,使EGR冷却器开裂位置温度和热应力大幅下降.最后通过开发 3 种试验方法,对EGR冷却器改进前后的方案进行了"背靠背"验证,试验结果表明,EGR改进方案相对原方案可靠性寿命提升 3 倍以上,改进效果也得到了市场验证.
Reliability improvement of EGR cooler based on actual environment
Taking the problem of internal leakage and cracking of a heavy truck VI emissions gas engine EGR cooler in batches in the market,through the road spectrum statistical analysis of the application scenario of the EGR cooler in the vehicle environment,combined with the physical and chemical analysis of the failed parts and the statistical analysis of the failure,the stress intensity interference model was used to clarify the direction of improving the reliability of the EGR cooler.Using CAE simulation analysis software,the temperature and thermal stress at the crack location of EGR cooler were greatly reduced by optimizing the flow field at the inlet of EGR cooler,adopting expansion joint design,selecting SUS444 steel materials and other measures.Finally,through the development of three test methods,the scheme before and after the improvement of the EGR cooler was verified"back to back".The test results showed that the reliability life of the improved EGR scheme was more than three times longer than that of the original scheme,and the improvement effect was also verified by the market.
