摘要

介绍了一种悬置系统的设计方案及其测试验证.在实车验证中,设计的悬置系统表现出了较好的隔振性能和稳定性,并能够实现对车辆的悬置系统控制和调节,保证了车辆的行驶安全和乘坐舒适性.在耐久测试中,悬置系统产品表现良好,各部件外观完好,未出现开裂、锈蚀、裂纹等现象.

Abstract

The design scheme and testing verification of a mount system was introduced.In actual vehicle verification,the mount system design scheme demonstrated good vibration isolation performance and stability,and was able to achieve control and adjustment of the vehicle's mount system,ensuring the driving safety and riding comfort of the vehicle.In the durability test,the mount system product performed well,and the appearance of each component was intact,without any cracking,rust,or other phenomena.
