Research on energy consumption modeling and optimal scheduling of forging workshop
Aiming at the optimization scheduling problem of energy consumption in the forging workshop,the optimal solution set was obtained by establishing a mathematical model of energy consumption and improving the NSGA2 algorithm and exemplifying it.A workshop energy consumption model based on machine state-energy consumption distribution relationship was established,and the minimum energy consumption target plus the maximum completion time and maximum machine load minimization were combined to form the objective function of the workshop scheduling problem.NSGA2 algorithm was improved.Two ways of global generation and rapid generation were used for population initialization,the two-layer coding mode of process arrangement coding and machine selection coding was selected for coding,IPOX cross and MPX cross were respectively selected for cross-cutting strategy,variation of insertion variation and greedy variation ensured population diversity and strengthened local search capabilities,and finally MATLAB was used to solve the algorithm instance,to obtain an effective non-inferior solution set,and to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the workshop energy consumption model and the improved NSGA2 algorithm.
