基于增量PID的激光增材制造熔池温度控制

摘要
针对激光增材制造过程中熔池温度波动引起的成形件尺寸精度的问题,设计了一套基于增量PID的熔池温度控制系统.该系统采用比色高温计测量熔池温度,利用增量PID控制算法实时调节激光功率以稳定熔池温度.实验结果表明,与开环状况对比,该控制系统能够稳定熔池温度,提高成形件尺寸精度.
Abstract
In order to solve the dimensional accuracy problem caused by the temperature fluctuation of molten pool in laser additive manufacturing,an incremental PID based molten pool temperature control system was designed.The system uses colorimetric pyrometer to measure the temperature of molten pool,and uses incremental PID control algorithm to adjust the laser power in real time to stabilize the temperature of molten pool.The experimental results showed that the control system could stabilize the molten pool temperature and improve the dimensional accuracy of the forming parts compared with the open-loop condition.
