摘要
由于胡萝卜农作方式不同,播种行距 40~75 cm不等,现有胡萝卜收获机无法通用,机收率低.针对这种问题设计了一种适用于不同农作方式的胡萝卜收获机,主要结构包括土壤疏松装置、分离装置、调距装置、根部收集仓、缨子收集仓等,使用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模.该收获机能够实现松土、拔取、切缨及收集功能,通过菱形调距结构,使收获机适应不同播种行距.减轻了种植人员的劳动强度,促进胡萝卜种植产业发展.
Abstract
Due to the different farming methods of carrots,the sowing row spacing ranges from 40 cm to 75 cm,making the carrot harvester unusable and low in mechanization.A carrot harvester suitable for different farming methods was designed,including gears,irregular chains,separation devices,tassel collection bins,independent wheel units,diamond distance adjustment devices,square tube slides,soil loosening devices,etc.and SolidWorks software was used for 3D modeling.The harvester could achieve functions such as loosening soil,extracting,cutting tassels,and collecting,and was designed with a diamond shaped adjustable distance structure that could adjust the wheel spacing to adapt to different agricultural methods.This design can reduce the labor intensity of planting personnel and promote the development of carrot planting industry.
