丘陵山区茶园管理机车架设计与分析

设计了一款满足丘陵山区茶园一体化管理的机械设备,采用复合式结构设计,通过快速拆装接口,实现耕地、除草、开沟施肥和喷药的一体化作业.分别利用CATIA、理论力学、ANSYS Workbench对车架进行三维建模、载荷分析和有限元分析.结果表明,车架正常工况下最大变形量为 7.773 mm,最大应力为 87.87 MPa,安全系数为 2.67,符合设计要求.
Design and analysis of the frame for tea garden management machine in hilly areas
In order to design a mechanical equipment suitable for integrated management of tea garden in hilly and mountainous areas,the integrated operation of cultivating,weeding,ditching and fertilization and spraying for tea garden in hilly and mountainous areas was realized through composite structure design and rapid disassembly interface.Three-dimensional modeling of the vehicle frame was carried out by using CATIA,and load analysis of the vehicle frame was carried out by using theoretical mechanics.The finite element analysis of the frame was carried out with ANSYS Workbench.The results showed that the maximum deformation of the frame under normal working conditions was 7.773 mm,the maximum stress was 87.87 MPa,and the safety factor was 2.67,which met the design requirements.
