摘要

进气系统WHOOSE噪声是增压发动机常见的噪声之一,为避免客户抱怨并有效改善用户驾乘体验,针对进气系统展开一系列的研究工作.在涡壳内壁开槽、空滤内部增加高频消音器、中冷进气管增加壁厚、空滤出气管增加导流罩,并通过CAE分析和NVH测试,以验证方案的有效性.试验结果表明,所实施的优化方案能有效地降低进气系统WHOOSE噪声水平,对相关NVH问题的研究有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

WHOOSE noise in the intake system is one of the common noises in turbocharged engines.In order to avoid customer complaints and effectively improve the user's driving experience,a series of research work has been carried out on the intake system.Grooves were made on the inner wall of the vortex shell,high-frequency silencers were added inside the air filter,wall thickness of the intercooling inlet pipe was increased,and a guide cover was added to the air filter outlet pipe.The effectiveness of the plan was verified through CAE analysis and NVH testing.The experimental results indicated that the implemented optimization scheme can effectively reduce the WHOOSE noise level of the intake system,which has certain guiding significance for the research of related NVH problems.
