摘要
以某型挖掘机为研究对象,基于ADAMS软件建立挖掘机三维模型,并对模型添加约束条件、驱动函数和负载函数,完成对挖掘机的运动学与动力学仿真.通过数值模拟,分别获得挖掘机的动臂、斗杆、铲斗铰接处的受力曲线、铲斗加速度曲线以及挖掘范围参数,模拟该挖掘机各联接部位在工作过程中的受力情况与挖掘运动轨迹.为挖掘机动臂、斗杆和铲斗等构件的强度校核提供数据参考,有利于挖掘机结构的优化设计.
Abstract
A certain excavator taken as the research object,the three-dimensional model of excavator was established based on ADAMS software,constraints,driving function and load function were added to the model,and the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the excavator was completed.Through numerical simulation,the stress curves of the articulated parts of the boom,arm and bucket of the excavator,the acceleration curves of the bucket and the parameters of the excavation range were obtained respectively,which realistically simulated the stress situation and excavation motion trajectory of each connecting part of the excavator during the working process.It provided data reference for strength check of boom,bucket stick and bucket of excavator,conducive to the optimization design of the excavator structure.
