Dynamic reliability analysis of rolling bearing of automobile gearbox based on ANSYS 6 Sigma
To study the dynamic reliability of the rolling bearings in the 5T136 transmission prototype,a finite element model of the deep groove ball bearing was established using ANSYS software.A modal analysis was conducted on the rolling bearing, and the possibility of resonance occurring within the first 6 modes was found to be very low.A static finite element analysis was performed, revealing that the maximum equivalent stress in the bearing occurred on the rolling elements and was measured at 233.36 MPa,while the maximum deformation occurred on the inner ring and amounted to 0.003 311 1 mm.A dynamic reliability analysis was carried out using the 6 Sigma module, which indicated a reliability of 99.993%that the Young's modulus would be more than 225.87 MPa,and the bearing can operate safely and reliably.
