摘要

针对强夯起重机臂架实际工况下的应力集中、结构冗余等问题,以某新型强夯起重机为分析对象,采用UG NX及其Nastran模块建立三维模型,有限元分析计算确定多种工况载荷,得到强夯起重机在静载和动载荷作用下的位移和应力分布情况,确定应力集中和结构冗余部位,通过优化设计改善结构应力分布,减轻臂架质量并提高其力学性能.对起重和脱钩工况的优化结果表明,臂架最大应力和最大位移分别减少 12.5%和 6.99%,臂架质量减轻 2.36%.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of stress concentration and structure redundancy of dynamic compaction crane jib under actual working conditions,a new type of dynamic compaction crane was taken as the analysis object,and its 3D model was established by UG NX and its Nastran Module.The pre-treatment,analysis and post-treatment of the finite element model were carried out to determine the loads under various working conditions,and the distribution of the displacement and stress of the dynamic compaction crane under static and dynamic loads was obtained.Through the optimization design,the stress distribution of the structure was improved,the weight of the boom was reduced and its mechanical performance was improved.The optimization results of lifting and unhooking conditions showed that the maximum stress and displacement of the boom were reduced by 12.5%and 6.99%respectively,and the weight of the boom was reduced by 2.36%.
