Research on PMSM fuzzy PI control method based on improved PSO algorithm
As a common power source device for electric clamping jaws in the assembly process,PMSM are usually controlled by traditional and reliable PID control in the actual control system,but the traditional PID control is less accurate and more sensitive to external disturbances,and cannot meet the actual requirements of the motor.To solve this problem,the control system model of the motor was built using the MATLAB/Simulink module;fuzzy control was added and the variables of the PID were adaptively adjusted using fuzzy inference;an improved PSO algorithm was introduced to achieve accurate control of the PMSM system.The simulation results showed that the method had a faster response,smaller overshoot,stronger anti-disturbance capability and significantly improved system stability compared to traditional PI control.
